So, let’s get started. In today’s blog, we are diving into the fascinating world of Leonardo AI, exploring a mind-blowing feature that allows you to put your own face into the adventures of AI generated images. 

If you have ever wondered how to make any image truly yours, stick around your seat as we guide you through the step-by-step process.

First thing first, open your web browser and head to Google. Type in Leonardo AI and hit enter. Once on the homepage, either create a new account or seamlessly continue with your Google credentials. To get started, when you are on the Home tab, look to the left side pane and click on the fourth option. Training and datasets this will open a new tab displaying your personalized datasets and AI models. Train it if you have worked with them before. 

If you are starting fresh, click on Upload custom data set in the middle of the screen, a pop up will appear, allowing you to input your custom data set’s name and description. Fill in the mandatory fields and hit create data set. Once your custom data set is created, you can manage it on any other previously uploaded data set on this web page. 

Now, by clicking on upload images, add your own image in different poses. Clicking this button will open a select tab where you can select the images. The more the number of images, the more beneficial it is for training the custom model. At Leonardo AI, you can upload a minimum of one image and a maximum of 40 images for optimal results. After uploading your images at new button, training model will appear.

Click on it in the subsequent popup, enter your custom model’s name and description in the second row. Keep the settings for resolution and base model as 512 into 512 as recommended by the platform. Choose photography under the category drop down and enter your custom model’s name under Instant Prompt. 

Click Start Training and let Leonardo AI work its magic. This process might take some time, so be patient. Once the training is complete, head to the Jobs tab to see your trained AI model here on the Job Status tab. By clicking your trained custom model, you can see the details as selected before training.

Once the model has been trained on your custom data set, then move to the AI image Generation tab on the left side pane.  Then, after landing on the image Generation Home tab, select your custom trained model from the dropdown under the type of prompt field here. In this drop down, there are multiple pretrained models. If your model is not listed here, then click on Select Custom Model and under your Model tab. 

In the subsequent popup you can see your custom model details. Select this model and go back to the image Generation tab here. Provide a text description for your desired image, mentioning your model’s instant prompt name. 

Choose the aspect ratio and the number of images you want generate from the site pane and press the generate button. As the images start to generate, you can fine tune your text until you achieve the desired result. Explore the creative possibilities with Leonardo AI, making any image truly yours.
